What software do I need to use Creox scenes?+
All Creox scenes are designed for KeyShot 10 and later versions (KeyShot 10, 11, 12+). Once you download the .KSP file, simply open it in KeyShot and you are ready to render.
What is included in each scene?+
Each Creox scene includes the full 3D environment with furniture, decoration objects, materials, textures (4K), and lighting setup. Everything is packed in a single .KSP file ready to open in KeyShot.
Can I use the scenes for commercial projects?+
Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial license. Use the scenes for client work, marketing materials, product visualisations, portfolios, and any commercial project.
How do I download my scene after purchase?+
Immediately after checkout, you will receive an email with the download link. You can also access all your downloads anytime from your account at My Account → Downloads.
Can I customise the scenes?+

Do you offer refunds?+
